The City of Roanoke accepts payments made by cash, money order, check, MasterCard, Visa, and automatic bank drafts. A night drop box is available 24 hours a day to the right of the main entrance of the building. Please call 817-491-2411 for account assistance or any questions.
New Look for Utility Billing Statements
Starting in October 2017, City of Roanoke utility bills and late notices will be a full-page statement. We are retiring the postcard to allow for more information about your monthly water and sewer usage. The new statements will have a monthly usage graph for the full year so you can monitor your consumption. The statements will also include more information on upcoming events within the City.
In addition, we will be offering E-Bills for those individuals who prefer to receive their utility bill electronically via email in addition to or instead of a paper statement. If you’re interested in receiving E-bills, please call the utility billing office at 817-491-2411. You may also download, fill out and submit the Utility Billing Delivery Option Form linked below.
