New City Hall Furniture Bid Documents

The City of Roanoke, (the City) is currently building a new City Hall with an estimated completion date of September 2018. This new building has been designed in the style of an early 1900’s Texas Courthouse. In most cases, the furniture will match the style and time period. The City is issuing an Invitation to Bid for the purpose of soliciting proposals for furniture to furnish our New City Hall. Interested parties will find all of the documents and information required to submit a bid for the described furniture hyperlinked below.

Three hard copies and an electronic format of the proposal will be accepted until 2:00 p.m. CT, March 21, 2018. The bid opening will take place immediately following. Proposals submitted must be binding for not less than ninety (90) days after the date received.
