Come down to the Roanoke Public Works building on Saturday, March 20 from 9-11AM* where we will be collecting hazardous waste from Roanoke residents! This service is free with a copy of your Roanoke water bill as proof of residency.

• Transmission fluid
• Varnishes

What's NOT accepted:

• Ammunition & Explosives
• Appliances & electronics
• Building materials
• Bulk trash & yard waste
• Butane/propane cylinders
• Medicines & medical waste
• Tires
• Asbestos/PCBs/radioactive items
